The Consultants, a brand established in 1999, now forms part of the services offered by LeCouSa Consulting. The Consultants specializes in Management-Leadership Development Centres, Management/Executive Selection and Assessment Centres, as well as the design of Simulations.

As a virtual organization we deliver our service internationally by using a network of highly skilled consultants. The majority of our consultants are Industrial or Clinical Psychologists, with management-leadership and business experience.

The Consultants is an active member of the South African Assessment Centre Study Group (an organization that promotes the ethical use of Assessment Centres). We are also a Proudly South African brand.
